Spring 2024 comes in with fresh concoctions from our test kitchen. Every season we’ll release flavors paired with wine at an after hours open house.

Wine will be flowing, new truffle flavors will be popping, and we'll be stocked with thoughtful gifts to give to your love, your pal, or for yourself! Free self-guided factory tours and wine and chocolate pairings will be available for purchase at the event.

For spring 2024, we’ve come up with a super bright Strawberry Ganache Truffle, which is enrobed with 75% dark chocolate from Dominican Republic and sprinkled with freeze dried strawberries. This delightful truffle just so happens to be vegan. It’s absolutely delicious with WINECULT’s Santa Rita Hills Syrah. The nuttiness of the chocolate plays a trick on your brain when paired with the fruitiness of the strawberry, and we’re getting notes of peanut butter and jelly in this combination of wine and chocolate!

The Blackberry Vinegar Caramel gives that feeling of capturing and preserving the ripeness of the summer then enjoying it during those months when plump, dark berries are still months away. With the ripe fruit characteristics of the Loire Valley Pinot Noir rosé we’ve sourced, you’ll get a delicate dance of acidity and bright, juicy bursts of red berry. This pairing continues to develop on your palate as the vinegar-punch makes way for a smooth, chocolatey finish.

Just for kicks, we’ve decided to pair the only non-chocolate item we make with some bubbles. If you haven’t tried the Persimmon Vinegar and Orange Patê de Fruits (or just “gummy”), you must! A pairing with the California sparkling rosé is playful and refreshing!
